Bittner’s Meat Company

Bittner’s Meat Company, is located in Eureka, Illinois, and provides deer processing as well as custom butchering for a variety of meats, including beef, pork, lamb, and goat. They have a full retail shop on site and features local farmer's meats.

Basic deer processing is available for both skinned and unskinned deer and includes standard cutting and packaging into chops (loins), steaks, roasts, and plain ground. In addition to basic cuts, a variety of sausage, bratwurst, sticks, and summer sausage options are available with minimum batch requirements. Cheddar and pepper cheese may be added to any flavor of bratwurst.
